HDD : 32°C / 90°F . The HD is decoupled. Below, use elastics or pieces of plastic foam
Graphic card : Nvidia Geforce 600 LE Silencer
Power supply unit : Hiper TM Silencer
Below the computer : 4 pieces of plastic foam

The fan (it's an old big fan of a kitchen / bathroom air puller) is under the roof, up above the ceiling.
Plastic pipes bring fresh air o the differents (five) hot places of the computer.

Then you must buy a factory with many yellow pipes, and...
